Wayfarers Success at Cinderella Awards

The Somerset Fellowship of Drama “Cinderella Awards” were back this year, after a two year hiatus caused by the pandemic. We are delighted to say Sleeping Beauty WON the CINDERELLA TROPHY for best pantomime in Somerset for 2022/2023. On our way to winning the coveted Trophy, we also had a number of other successes. Fantastic TWYGs Review Show

Family and friends were treated to a wonderful hour of dance numbers, singing and acting from this year’s TWYGs at Queens College. NODA Award Received – at last!

Some time ago, our TWYGs leader Sarah Creswick received the District Achievement Award from NODA for her work with TWYGs. Wayfarers were part of the National Operatic and Dramatic Association (NODA) South West Awards last night. Unfortunately owing to the current government restrictions re social distancing we have to assume that we cannot meet in May this year.
